In order to maintain the proper balance, we only allow one person per organization (with the exception of our event sponsors) to attend each event.

You can increase your organization's chances of being selected to participate at your targeted events by nominating up to four possible attendees from different areas of your organization to attend. Why is that, you ask?

At each event, there will be an equal number of participants chosen to participate from each of up to eight "stakeholder" groups. By nominating more than one person to attend, you increase the chances that someone from your organization will be selected to represent one of the stakeholder groups.

For example: if after the lottery deadline closes we are over capacity in the Engineering group but have space available in the Marketing group, we will go to the second, third and fourth nominations on each lottery submission, until we fill all the Marketing spots.

Keep in mind that participants also receive a post-event synthesis report and access to our online cafe. This access can be shared throughout your organization. So even if you don't get to attend a specific event in-person, you still enjoy some of the benefits.
